Freddie's voice sounds a bit better tonight than it did at the last few shows. At the beginning of Now I'm Here he sings, "And she made me live again" in a straight rhythm - a small but unique twist.

Before Love Of My Life, Brian says, "You probably know that this is the musical interlude, you see," before diddling on his 12-string for a bit. "I would like to dedicate this song to all the children in the audience... of any age at all." Roger Taylor's son is in the audience. "And especially to young Felix because it's his first concert. He's gonna be the drummer in the band one day."

It now seems to be a normal thing that the song stops half way through. In reponse to the usual choir of voices, Freddie says, "See, if you buggers don't sing it puts me off! That was perfect until now, and we've fucking ruined it. Where the fuck are we? Is this London, England?"

Freddie once again misconstrues the meaning of a song for his own amusement. "John came up with a song a couple of years ago and it's all about biting. But it means you can bite anything you want. Another one bites the balls. That's the way I call it."

Brian really lets it rip in the end improv of Hammer To Fall.

The first photo set was taken by Dave Matkin, and the last shot was taken by Gary Taylor during We Are The Champions.

For some reason Somebody To Love through Now I'm Here on these two CDRs was from the September 4 show. It cuts back into September 8 part way through Brian's noodle at the top of the acoustic section.

Is This The World We Created and Love Of My Life are in mono sound, and the rest of the show from here onward is in stereo sound - apart from the last four seconds of Saturday Night's Alright For Fighting being plagued by digital noise from a badly burned CDR in the 1990s (a few seconds of Radio Ga Ga and Jailhouse Rock have this problem as well, but less so).

This is another copy of the two-show compilation, closer to the master. The lineage is questionable considering the material comes from two different dates.

The acoustic set is still in mono, but the quantity of tape around the tape flips is a bit different than the previous copy.

This second audience source, taped by Tummell, emerged in 2006. It has some hiss since it's from a first gen tape (compared to the previous night's master clone), but the sound quality is still great.

Like the last few tracks of his recording of the previous night, the master was lost but luckily it was backed up to a first gen tape.
