Freddie, after '39: "Next time we'll use an orchestra. What do you think? A hundred and sixty piece orchestra, all from Toledo. Do you have one here? We'll use it next time." At the beginning of the opera section of Bohemian Rhapsody, Brian May is heard tuning back up from drop D, as he'd forgotten to do so after The Prophet's Song. Freddie Mercury delivers a brilliant and dynamic version of In The Lap Of The Gods...Revisited. The first two pictures are from a superb book called The Ultimate Illustrated History of the Crown Kings of Rock by Phil Sutcliffe. They were colour corrected by Nino Trovato.

This tape emerged in 2021. Sadly after taping Thin Lizzy and the first ten songs of Queen's set, the taper's batteries ran out (similar to the Boston and LA recordings on this tour). The recording progressively speeds up throughout Brighton Rock, indicating the tape recorder was slowing down to an eventual halt. Apart from some occasional bass distortion the quality is very good.
