Freddie sings a great version of Somebody To Love, reaching for many of the high notes, and hitting the vocal solo at the end of the song with complete conviction. He also delivers excellent versions of It's Late, My Melancholy Blues, and We Are The Champions.

Tonight's medley (Death On Two Legs, Killer Queen, Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy, I'm In Love With My Car, Get Down Make Love, The Millionaire Waltz, You're My Best Friend, Ogre Battle) is the longest Queen would ever play, lasting about 20 minutes. This is the last known performance of Ogre Battle - an abbreviated version with only the second verse merging into the end of the song.

Brian has a bit of trouble navigating through the riffs near the end of the rock section of Bohemian Rhapsody.

Freddie delivers a great version of We Are The Champions, and the encore of Jailhouse Rock is blistering.

There are slight cuts in Ogre Battle and Jailhouse Rock for tape flips. The show is otherwise complete.

After Brian's great solo at the end of Spread Your Wings, an audience member close to the taper says, "He's better than fucking Page!," of course referring to Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin. Another is overwhelmed by the power of the music, and exclaims, "I can't handle it." Then, after the nine-and-a-half minute rendition of Liar, he has seemingly hit a state of musical ecstasy and says, "I'm fucking dying."

After Freddie announces My Melancholy Blues, one audience member says to another, "I told you they'd do it, didn't I?" The many comments on this recording by audience members give an insight into how Queen was something of a guilty pleasure for many US fans. After Brian introduces Love Of My Life, one woman shouts, "I love this song!" a couple times, with an excitement in her voice that suggests she would admit such a thing only at a Queen concert.
